Working with Rebecca transformed how I show up as a father, friend, and leader in ways I never imagined possible. Coming from childhood abuse, poverty, going through a divorce, and the intense pressure of startup life, I carried patterns of hypervigilance and emotional reactivity that were sabotaging my most important relationships. I was successful professionally but constantly running on empty snapping at my kids when they needed patience, pulling away from friends when they needed presence, and leading my team from anxiety rather than clarity. Rebecca's somatic coaching helped me understand these weren't character flaws but nervous system responses that had protected me as a child but were now isolating me as an adult. Through her trauma-informed approach, I learned to recognize when my body was going into fight-or-flight during difficult conversations, how to ground myself before entering my kids' rooms so I could actually listen instead of mentally rehearsing tomorrow's pitch, and how to make strategic decisions from a centered place rather than reacting to every crisis like it was life-or-death. The tools she gave me—breathing techniques that work in board meetings, body awareness practices that help me stay present during family time, somatic exercises that let me process stress without dumping it on my team—have become as essential as any business skill. But Rebecca made clear from day one: transformation only happens when you're willing to do the uncomfortable work of feeling what you've been avoiding and practicing new responses when old ones feel safer. Without her guidance, I would never have connected the dots between my childhood trauma and my adult relationship patterns, or understood why I could close big-dollar deals but couldn't stay calm when my teenager rolled their eyes. The work isn't easy and doesn't end when sessions do—it's an ongoing practice of choosing presence over reactivity, connection over protection, authenticity over performance. But the results speak for themselves: my kids seek me out for advice because they know I can handle their emotions without making it about my anxiety, my friendships have deepened because I'm no longer braced for disappointment, and my leadership has become more effective because my team trusts I can navigate uncertainty without creating chaos.

Working with Rebecca has given me the support I needed to confront the truth—of a relationship that no longer serves me and the long-buried trauma blocking me from stepping into my full potential. Through addressing all levels of consciousness (somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, unconscious), I’ve learned to invite my inner children, my silenced parts, to be heard, held and begun to heal. This is life-changing work guiding me toward the life I’ve long yearned for, grounded in self-compassion, clarity and trust. I am reaching my goals with the full understanding of why I didn’t do this already on my own. Her guidance was priceless.

I had a Somatic Coaching Session with Rebecca Weiss that was very powerful.  I discovered a great deal of unresolved trauma still residing within my body and psyche that I was guided to witness and process with Rebecca’s support. I was able to acknowledge the extent of stress and depth of grief I had been pushing away in an attempt to keep going.  It was healing just to have a witness to validate my experience.  The drawing exercises and guided body awareness helped me to start to move out of the constriction of suppression into the healing space of moving forward into acknowledgement, release, and acceptance.  I was helped to identify ways to support my continued journey to wholeness that I could incorporate on my own.  Time in water, walks in nature, time alone to recalibrate, all of which I have been doing that have helped so much.

"Rebecca’s Soulful Sunday yoga class has been tremendously helpful for improving my emotional and physical well-being and has made it easier for me to deal with stress in life! The dharma talk she gives at the beginning of each class is amazing. It always touches on real life experiences and we get the chance to contribute to the topic/discussion. It’s wonderful to hear other stories & experiences and share yours if you want to. Rebecca emanates joy and positive energy, and you leave her class feeling fantastic!Rebecca introduced a Sat Kriya kundalini chant to me, and I’ve been doing it for 11 minutes each morning. I feel so much better in general and I’m not bothered by daily stress. It immediately lifts my spirit and soul! The remarkable thing about Rebecca is that she “walks the walk and talks the talk,” and is literally living proof of the benefits of these practices. I find her so inspiring and my life has benefited greatly because of her!"

"I am not the same person I was a year ago, not even 6 months ago. The person I am today is someone who is awakened, connected to my inner knowing. I have cultivated inner peace, freedom, a deeper level of self-trust, compassion and have a regulated nervous system. The past year, I have healed my past and evolved mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Doing this “work”, going deeper and healing is not easy, but it’s so worth it if you’re willing to put in the work. And having the right support in place to guide, mentor, support and love you through it all is critical. There is no timeline in healing, it requires your full participation and vulnerability, showing up even when it’s hard, especially when it’s hard. This is how you create lasting change, it’s a slow and steady process, it’s small consistent action daily that leads to monumental transformation. If I can do it, you can too. It’s available to you, it’s whether or not you’re willing to say yes to yourself, to your healing and growth. Thank you Rebecca for your coaching, guidance, support and love over these 8 transformational months. You’ve given me timeless tools that are available to me at every stage of my life. I am forever grateful for you, your coaching and the work we’ve done together. Sat nam."

"Collaborative, nurturing, accepting and illuminating. . .Those are a few words that come to mind when I reflect on my recent somatic session with Rebecca. I really appreciated the thoughtful and beautiful way she curated and held a safe, non-judgmental space for my experience from beginning to end. All of her prompts were framed as open-ended “invitations” for free exploration rather than specific goal oriented directives. Rebecca lovingly witnessed me with very accurate reflection, gentle inquiry and even gave me the opportunity to use the creative process to gain greater clarity. It was the perfect combination that offered the gift of healing and connection. Thank you!"

"The first class I ever took at One Yoga was Tuesday night Kundalini class with Rebecca. I had never taken a class like this before but I knew from the class description that it could possibly be something that I was desperately looking for in my life. Lo and behold - I knew from the moment she started to speak- leading us through mediation, breathwork and mantras that I had found my home. Rebecca is a very knowledgeable, vibrant, energetic and a wonderfully caring teacher. If you’re seeking a yoga class that is very spiritual and mindful, I would highly recommend taking this class with Rebecca!"
